Alex joined manroland Goss in 2013 and leads the North American Service team in driving customer service excellence, including OE installations breakdown support and maintenance. Before Service, he worked in packaging product development and project management roles. Alex holds a BS in business management from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA, and a Project Management Professional Global Credential from the Project Management Institute.
